seekey Support

seekey is a keyboard-first browser extension for searching bookmarks, open tabs, optional recent history, past Google search terms, and direct shortcut bindings locally in the browser.

• Chrome Web Store Support tab — the preferred channel for bug reports, feature requests, and questions. Open seekey's Chrome Web Store page and scroll to the Support section to submit a request. Replies are posted back in the same Support section (the store does not send you a notification), so please check back there for an answer.
• Email — support@moyolo.app, if you prefer email or don't use a Google account.

Before requesting support

• Open the extension options page and check the search leader key.
• Check whether history search is enabled only if you want history and Google search terms in results.
• Reload the extension after installing a new local build.

When reporting a bug, please include what you expected, what happened instead, and the page or site where it occurred. Support requests filed through the Chrome Web Store automatically include your extension version, browser, and OS.

Privacy

seekey does not send bookmarks, history, search terms, settings, or shortcut bindings to a developer server. See the privacy policy for details.
